BS Flanged Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint
1. BS Flanged Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint PN10 & PN16
The "BS Flanged" refers to the rubber expansion joint that is using two British standard(BS4504) flanges as its end connectors. Usually there are two pressure-ratings of BS4504 flanges used in rubber expansion joints: PN10 and PN16. The flange bolting dimensions of BS4504 are almost the same as that of DIN standards. "Single Sphere" refers to the shape of the rubber bellow which is also called "body" of a rubber expansion joint. "Double Sphere Style" rubber expansion joints are available upon request.
2. Materials for BS4504 Flanged Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joints
1) Rubber Bellow
Internal Rubber Core: EPDM, NBR, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Viton.
External Rubber Cover: EPDM, NBR, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Viton.
Fabric Frame: Nylon Tire Cord.
Reinforcement Ring: Steel Wire.
2) Loose Flanges:
Carbon Steel A105, S235JR, DIN St37.2 --- Zinc Plated
DIN1.4301(SS304), DIN1.4306(304L), DIN1.4401(316), DIN1.4435(316L)
