UNS N06625 Inconel 625 Forged Flanges

1. Summary of Inconel 625 flanges.

The Inconel 625 forged flanges refer to the nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloy UNS N06625 flanges manufactured to ASTM B564 which is the standard specification for nickel alloy forgings. The dimensions of the Inconel 625(Alloy 625) flange shall be in accordance with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, MSS SP 44, EN 1092-1, NOSOK L-005 and other internation flange standards. The chemcial requirements of Inconel 625 are listed in our technical data base. For mechanical properties of annealed inconel 625 flanges,

1) The tensile strength ≥ 827 MPa (120 ksi).

2) The yield strength ≥ 414 MPa (60 ksi).

3) The elongation ≥ 30%.
